Our client imagined a transfigured pool terrace. They were devoted to a major remodel of the entire landscape with utility and aesthetics being the central themes of this charming loggia and pool-house pergola.
The open-air loggia is fully screened with sliding door panels allowing movement about the terrace. Skylights lend an open feel to the entire space – LED strips in the skylight crossbeams give the loggia a warm aura. All loggia amenities are suited to outdoor use; the television, gas fireplace and chandelier – inviting guests and loungers into the evening.
Indian flagstones and soft colors impart a traditional Italian ambience. The pool is lit by Kindle lamps doubling as space heaters for colder seasons. Misting sprinklers surround the lower perimeter of the pool deck, refreshing the surface for warmer seasons.
