Columbus Circle Office Interior Design New York City

Paris K Design Interior Design worked with Columbus Circle Office in New York City on their Restaurant Design.

The two-building complex situated at the border between Midtown Manhattan and the Upper West Side is currently home to various high-profile office-using tenants like Time Warner, CNN, Amazon and Related. Deutsche Bank will replace Time Warner as the anchor tenant in 2021, occupying 1.1 million square feet of office space within the complex.

The Time Warner Center offers 2.8 million square feet of office, residential, retail and hotel space, and is currently owned by Related, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and GIC Private Limited. The Columbus Circle property was acquired by its current owners from Time Warner in 2014, for $1.3 billion.

The Time Warner Center consists of state-of-the-art, Class A office space, and also incorporates the Shops at Columbus Circle mall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, a Whole Foods store, residential condominiums, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Amenities at 60 Columbus Circle include expansive views of Central Park, a 10th floor outdoor terrace, and 500 indoor parking spaces.

The owners wanted their unintegrated space to be seamlessly unified into a coherent environment structurally and thematically.

Paris K Design is a multidisciplinary design firm based in New York City fusing interior, architectural, furniture, lighting, landscape design and art for a unique guided experience to provide our client’s aesthetic, practical and desired needs.
