Assist contractor to draft weekly work schedule. For large projects it is recommended that the contractor submit a detailed work schedule to inform you of what will happen each day until the agreed-upon completion date.

Visit the project site as needed and depending on the pace of work progress to determine whether the work is proceeding in general conformity with our design concepts and work schedule.

On the basis of on-site observation, we will advise you of the progress of work in process and of any apparent errors, defects, or deficiencies in any contractor's work.
