Develop preliminary design concepts based on meetings with client.

Draft floor plans, elevations, and perspectives as needed to convey the ideas derived from the above steps, and discuss further with client to finalize concept.

Draft construction documents that will include final exterior and interior floor plans, exterior and interior elevations and/or sections, and preliminary electrical plan in order to submit a comprehensive set of drawings to the contractor for bidding.

Research any materials and furniture needed to complete the project or requested by the client.
